Typically relates to properties designed for retail trade... i.e., shopping centers, and/or independent retail businesses. We can work with you on a new lot, or fix one in need of repair. We’ll develop a plan to rebuild your lot with an absolute minimum of disruption to your customers or delivery carriers. We understand that serving your customers is your #1 priority, and that your parking lot is not your main focus. We’re here to handle that responsibility for you. Our engineers can assess your current lot and provide recommendations for repair based on your volume and weight of current (and projected future) traffic, as well as the physical condition of your existing lot and the years it’s been in service. Depending on the assessment, we will propose what we believe to be the most cost-effective solution for you, whether it be asphalt patching, overlays, partial or complete removal and reconstruction, using the best and most practical process suited to your need.
